Hello Folks,

I would like to thank all of the players out there that have continued to use our services. We are looking forward to helping many more people who rely on Rockman equipment for their sound. Plainly put, there is nothing like the Rockman sound…especially when the gear has been properly refurbed. My thanks, first and foremost, goes out to Tom Scholz for creating such an AWESOME line of gear. Hopefully, he sees what we are doing and realizes how incredible this gear was…and still is today. I would like to think that he would feel proud and honored to see so many guys relying on his conceptions after so many years. Our job, in the grand scheme of things, is to merely keep the Rockman torch burning brightly.

As many people now know, PSRR is merely a passionate hobby for a few good friends with a common interest in keeping Rockman equipment alive. Because we have day jobs, PSRR happens at night…in between all the other challenges in life. Yet, when a refurb is performed, you can bet your bottom dollar that it is being done with great care and diligence…as if the equipment were our very own.

Here is a list of what is going on as of this writing:

1) The Rock N Closure is part of EVERY Rockmodule refurb. Therefore, every module has 360 degrees of electrical shielding as it goes out the door. This is a great departure from the original plastic cases with aluminum foil or shielding paint!!!

2) The Quad Mod is available for all Sustainor models. This mod allows the player to switch between all 4 modes of the Sustainor instead of just 2. This is an awesome mod and great news for folks that have been using 2 Sustainors all these years.

3) The Lead Leveler modification is available for all Sustainor models. This is a subtle but effective mod for guys that have a more demanding ear for compressor characteristics and clipping. Note: This mod is not necessary for all Sustainors. Keep in mind, even Sustainors without it can sound awesome. Mine do!

4) Headphone amps receive our Gold-Refurb treatment. All the jacks are replaced as part of our extensive refurb. A new headphone amp internal (MIPS) power supply is available. The MIPS power supply eliminates the need for the original SR&D dual-voltage power supply.

5) Peripherals like battery doors, switch caps, buttons, Rocktrays and screws, plus more items are available from our California PerfectSound Studio. E-mail Rick for details. If you would like a “This Is Your Brain” poster, or have an idea for a poster or sticker you would like, let Rick know what you are looking for. Our Detroit PerfectSound Studio is kept so busy that we must focus on refurbs and repairs only.

6) PSRR also offers new MXR / Dunlop products. E-mail Rick for any questions regarding what is available.

7) All customers are placed on the PSRR distribution e-mailing list. This way you can be sure that you get the latest word on what’s happening at PSRR.

8) All prices will be posted on this web site. Make sure to request a return form (E-mail Rick) when sending in modules for refurb / repair.

In the end, this is all about the people…the friends… and the connections we have made through this wonderful and timeless gear. Many thanks to www.Rockman.fr, www.RockmanCentral.com, www.RackmountConcepts.com, www.iRockman.com, their respective owners, and to our many loyal customers for their many contributions and testimonials. You will never be forgotten. We exist for the great Rockman guitar sound again!

ROCKMAN ON!!!
